These are equipped, among other things, with kitchenette and shower. The training academy is aimed at young adults over the age of 18 from European/international countries and asylum seekers with a high probability of remaining in Germany. They are taught language skills, career orientation with qualification components as well as internship components. The focus is on occupations in the industrial-technical field and in the field of geriatric care and care for the elderly. The offers during the training take place in arrangement with the respective demand carriers.
